DAY FOUR
Listen
TRUST YOUR INNER WISDOM
When the mind grows quiet, the heart has room to speak.
Welcome
For the last three days, you've been preparing.
You've remembered who you want to be.
You've noticed the thoughts, stories, and patterns that shape your experience.
You've discovered that, even in familiar moments, you can choose a different way.
Each practice has been creating a little more space.
Today, you enter that space.
There is a quiet conversation that has always been unfolding beneath the noise of everyday life.
Some people call it intuition.
Some call it inner wisdom.
Some call it God.
Some call it Life.
The name isn't important.
The experience is.
Today's invitation is not to search for guidance.
It is to become available to it.
Guided Meditation
Let's begin here.
A quiet return to the heart, where listening begins.
A Conversation with Life
Have you ever known something before you knew how you knew it?
Thought of someone... only to have them call?
Felt quietly drawn toward something before you could explain why?
Had an idea arrive that simply wouldn't leave you alone?
Most of us have experienced moments like these.
And most of us have also dismissed them.
Today, become curious.
Notice what gently catches your attention.
A feeling.
A moment of stillness.
A conversation.
Something that keeps returning.
A quiet sense of: this matters.
You don't need to decide immediately what any of it means.
Just notice. Listen. Stay curious.
What is Life inviting me toward?
The Quiet Voice
Guidance can be subtle.
A feeling.
A knowing.
A moment of clarity.
A quiet pull you can't quite explain.
Like the stars overhead, it is easy to forget what you cannot always see.
The stars remain when morning comes.
They are still there beneath the brightness of the day.
Your deepest knowing can be like that too.
The practice isn't creating it.
The practice is becoming quiet enough to notice it.
Carry It Forward
The meditation isn't today's practice.
Listening is.
As you move through your day, notice what gently calls for your attention.
When something catches you...
Pause.
Feel your feet.
Take a breath.
Bring your awareness to your heart and body.
Listen.
You don't have to understand everything that arises.
Stay curious.
And when something carries that quiet sense of this matters...
trust it enough to take one small step.
The more you listen, the more life begins to feel like a conversation.
Now, go live.
Move through your day with an open heart.
Notice what quietly asks for your attention.
See what happens when you listen.
Want Some Company?
Take me with you.
Today's conversation explores what it means to live in relationship with Life—the wisdom of the heart, the intelligence of the body, and what happens when we begin trusting our own knowing.
Evening Reflection
Over dinner, on an evening walk, or as your day begins to quiet, sit with one question.
What quietly asked for my attention today?
Today’s Companion
Something to keep from today.
A small companion for Listen—to help you remember what you heard, felt or noticed, and return to the quiet conversation between you and Life.
Save it somewhere you'll find it again.
