DAY SEVEN
Release
COME HOME
What remains when the noise falls away?
Welcome
For the last six days, you've practiced a different way of meeting Life.
You've remembered.
Noticed.
Chosen.
Listened.
Created.
Reclaimed.
Today, there is nothing more to add.
Release.
We carry so much through life.
Old conversations. Old hurts. Old stories.
Even versions of ourselves we no longer need to be.
Today isn't about figuring out what should go.
Simply notice what is ready to soften.
What is ready to be put down.
And beneath everything you've learned to carry...
What remains?
Guided Meditation
A practice of softening, compassion, forgiveness, and release.
Today's meditation can meet you whenever you need it.
Begin your morning with it. Return after a difficult moment. Or listen at night when you're ready to put the day down.
Empty
LET WHAT HAS COMPLETED, COMPLETE
Some things stay with us long after the moment has passed.
A conversation.
A hurt.
A resentment.
An expectation.
An old version of ourselves.
Some still need our attention.
Others are simply complete.
Today, notice what you're carrying.
You don't have to push it away.
You don't have to make it wrong.
Let what has completed, complete.
Compassion
WHEN YOU FORGET
There will be days when you remember.
And days when you forget.
Maybe you're tired.
Maybe something hurts.
Maybe you react before you remember you have a choice.
Meet those moments with compassion.
If there is something to learn, learn it.
If there is something to repair, repair it.
Then forgive yourself.
And when you can, forgive others for the moments they forgot too.
You don't have to carry every hurt forward.
Continue the Conversation
Today's conversation explores what we carry, why we hold on, and what becomes possible when we begin to let go.
We'll talk about compassion, forgiveness, and making space for what remains.
Carry It Forward
Today, notice what you're carrying.
A conversation.
A resentment.
A story.
Something you're trying to hold in place.
Ask:
Does this still belong with me?
Keep the wisdom.
Release the rest.
Evening Reflection
Over dinner, on an evening walk, or as your day begins to quiet, sit with one question.
What am I ready to stop carrying?
Today’s Companion
Take today's practice a little deeper.
Explore what you're carrying, practice compassion and forgiveness, and make space for what is ready to be released.
Save it somewhere you'll find it again.
