ONE DAY

Come Back To Life

Today, we’re spending the day together.

I’ve left a few things here for you—not assignments, just companions you can return to as you move through your day.

There’s nowhere to get to.

Let’s begin where you are.

ARRIVE

Pause long enough
to come back to yourself.

REMEMBER

Remember who you are
when your heart is open.

LIVE

Choose what you want
to bring into the day ahead.

Welcome

I’m so glad you’re here.

Today isn't about doing your life differently.

It's about being here for it differently.

We'll begin together. Then I'll send you back into your actual life—to the people you love, the things that need your attention, the unexpected, the beautiful, the difficult, and whatever else this day has waiting for you.

I've left a few companions here for you along the way.

Use them when you want them.

And if at some point today you realize you've forgotten everything we talked about?

Perfect.

Come back.

That's the practice.

Arrive

Let’s begin here.

Before the day carries you somewhere else, give yourself a few minutes to arrive.

Put down whatever you’re carrying.

There is nowhere else you need to be for these next few minutes.

I’ll meet you there.

PLAY MEDITATION

Morning, afternoon, evening—it doesn’t matter. Begin where you are.

Carry This With You

When we're finished, don't rush away.

Take a moment to notice how you feel.

Your breath.
Your body.
Your heart.

And before you move into the day ahead, ask yourself:

How do I want to move through my life today?

What quality do you want to bring with you?

Love. Curiosity. Patience. Courage. Playfulness. Softness. Wonder. Trust. Or something entirely your own.

Don't overthink it.

Listen for the word that feels alive today.

TODAY, I CHOOSE ______.

Take a moment to imagine the actual day ahead of you.

The conversations. The work. The people. The unexpected.

What would it look like to meet those moments from this place?

You don't need to get it right.

Just carry the remembrance with you.

Your Companion

I made you something to carry today.

Now, Go Live.

Put your phone down for a while.

Go live.

Take the quality you chose with you—not as something to perform or get right, but as something to remember.

Give yourself to the day you are being given—not just to what needs to get done, but to what is here.

Pay attention to what catches your attention. Notice what moves you. Listen when something inside you speaks.

Leave room for the unexpected. For beauty, synchronicity, mystery, and the moments that remind you that you are part of something larger than yourself.

Let Life surprise you.

And every once in a while, remember:

This is my life.

Not the life you're preparing for. Not the life you'll live when something changes.

This one. Be here for it.

LISTEN WITH ME

No need to stop your day. Take me into it.

When You Forget…

You will forget.
I will too.

You'll get caught in your thoughts. You'll rush. You'll react. You'll slip back into autopilot and realize you've been somewhere else while your life was happening.

And when you notice—come back.

Take a breath. Feel your feet beneath you. Notice your body. Notice your mind. Look around. Listen.

Remember where you are.

You are here.
You are alive.
You are part of this.

No judgment.
No starting over.

The returning is the practice.

Integration

Before this day disappears into tomorrow, come back one more time.

Think about the day you just lived. Not to decide whether you did it well. Not to analyze every moment.

Just to remember.

What did today show you?

Maybe something about yourself. A reaction you caught. Something your body knew. A choice you made differently. A moment you felt completely yourself.

But look beyond yourself, too.

What did you notice because you were paying attention?

What felt meaningful?

Where did Life seem to meet you?

You don't need to explain any of it.

Just notice what was there.

Because this is what we so easily forget:

There is so much more happening in a day than what we accomplish, what goes wrong, or what we manage to get through.

There is beauty. There is information. There is mystery. There is relationship. There is Life moving through all of it. And you are part of it.

Before you leave today, sit with one final question:

What do I want to remember?

Maybe it's something you learned. Something you felt. Something you knew. A moment of beauty. A synchronicity. A person. A feeling of being connected to something larger. Or simply the remembrance that you were here.

Write it down somewhere. One sentence is enough. And carry it with you.

Keep Living This

Heart-Powered Living isn't something you master in a day.

You will forget.
You will remember.
You will return.

The returning is the practice.

And sometimes, it helps to return with others.

The Spiral is where we live this together—a month-long journey of meeting ourselves through the way we relate to our lives.

Each Spiral begins with a new inquiry. A new place to pay attention. A new invitation from Life.

Not sure yet? Every Spiral begins with an open Recalibration Call. Come sit with us.
